Dr. Buttram attended Harding University in Arkansas on a football scholarship and completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology with honors.
He then went on to earn his DMD from the University of Florida College of Dentistry, also with honors. He completed a 12-month hospital-based advanced general dentistry residency at University Hospital in Jacksonville.
Dr. Buttram received a specialty Certificate in Orthodontics after successfully completing a two-year residency at the University of Pennsylvania. He works to make sure he has to most up to date orthodontic knowledge.
He devotes more than 20 hours each year to continuing education focusing on developing an efficient orthodontic treatment, cosmetic options like Invisalign® and clear braces, soft-tissue lasers, and mini implants (TADS).

Lynn Haven Braces
Through regular adjustments with our doctors, the sophisticated parts of your braces work together to apply gentle pressure to your teeth. This will gradually move the teeth into the desired positions. Traditional braces continue to be one of the most efficient orthodontics treatments cools that we have. Patients who neglect to wear the aligners as directed can have a negative impact on the results and also add time to the orthodontic process. Aligners must be worn 20-22 hours per day throughout treatment in order for them to do their job.
